Special Exhibit - Rick Shiers

November 1 - November 30

Looking for the perfect signature piece for your home or office? This is a do-not-miss exhibit featuring the work of award-winning artist, illustrator and art educator, Rick Shiers. His luminous landscapes and soulful still life paintings capture light and emotion in unforgettable ways.

Rick’s work can be viewed and purchased throughout November during regular gallery hours, Wednesday through Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm.

Foxboro Lights Uptown

There's a chill in the air but the Holiday Season is spreading through us with warmth and cheer! Join in the Light Uptown festivities on the Foxboro Common and venture your way down Central Street which will be open to foot traffic only! Warm up at The Painted Fox Art Gallery and enjoy some hot mulled cider! The kids can take part in "Do You Want to Paint a Snowman" and create a winter masterpiece on canvas board with acrylic paints ($4/canvas) while the adults peruse the works of 11 local artists! (Parents must stay at the gallery with their children.) Perhaps you'll even find that perfect, unique gift for someone special!

Paint Your Pet

Here's a very special twist on a Paint Night! Our Guest Artist for December, Rich Bancroft, will be leading this fun event. You will submit a photo of your pet at least one week prior to the Paint Your Pet Night. We will transfer the outline of your pet onto a 16" x 20" canvas for you along with some value notations. On Paint Night, you will be guided by Rich and several of our artists through the process of creating a portrait of your beloved pet!
